DESIGN PROCESS

INTIAL CONSULATION             

This is more than a meet and greet. I get to know you, your space and how I can curate it to your vision. During this time, we will discuss color scheme, style, timeline, and budget.  Consultations are typically 1-2 hours depending on the size of the job.

*Prior to the initial consultation, I will review any inspiration materials and layout designs provided in order to maximize our initial consultation.

WORKING THE CONCEPT

After our initial meeting, I will begin creating a design plan and 3D renderings. At this point, I will email you a few concepts just to make sure we are on the same page about your vision.

THE PROPOSAL

Depending on the scope of the project, I will present 3D renderings, paint and tile samples as well as textiles.  Several options may be presented and discussed to ensure your vision is realized.

PROCUREMENT

Once the designs have been finalized, materials and supplies are then ordered.

*Please note, based on the size of project I may require a retainer for materials and supplies upfront.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

In order to execute our design plan, I will interview builders and contractors on your behalf to ensure we have selected the perfect team to construct your vision. I will also conduct regular site and design evaluations to secure the project’s advancement.
